Brush one side of each piece pita pocket with olive oil. Put the pieces and the spices into a Ziploc freezer bag and just mixed everything up together and spread them out onto a non stick cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven until the triangles turn a light brown color, 15 to 20 minutes.
